Jade’s class is a Hatha based, well-sequenced & Dynamic expression of exploring your limits by skillfully and safely applying all the alignments in each asana posture. Her class incorporates pranayama, chanting, and strong, alignment centered asana posture.

Expect to feel challenged and up to 10-20 second hold for each asana posture in order to gain strengthen & flexibility in the necessary parts of the body to prepare for the your delivery.

POSTNATAL REHABILITATIVE PILATES WITH Jey

Jey’s classes emphasize on pelvic floor & lower belly exercises and gentle whole body workouts.  Her classes will help you to get back in shape faster, loose weight and develop body's awareness, without any risk of injury. 

Postnatal pilates activates blood circulation, boosts your level of energy and prevents from postnatal issues such as pelvic floor weaknesses, urine incontinence, back pain & arches. It is entirely in keeping with abdominal and pelvic floor rehabilitation.


After birth, your body is fragile, abdominals have been suffering, and pelvic floor has had a lot of pressure for months. doing the wrong exercises could implies severe and long-term issues. That’s why, at TMC, we decide to provide only private sessions. All the movements you perform in one-on-one session are done right. And guess what? With no mistake, results get ten times faster.

  • Posture and alignment : stretching and back muscles' exercises to prevent chronic back pain issues and ease your articulations. 
  • Body's awareness : to develop conscientiousness and embrace your new body with calm and positivism. Accelerate your weight lost gained during pregnancy.  
  • Mood : Boost your mood with endorphin stimulation through exercise. The "feel good" chemical increase in your brain.
